As part of its oversight and support role, the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board (MCSAB) annually evaluates the academic impact of charter school instruction on student learning.
This annual report summarizes key findings from the 2024–25 school year, with a specific focus on academic outcomes. It assesses whether students attending Mississippi charter schools make more, less, or comparable academic progress relative to similar students in nearby traditional public schools.
Students in grades K–8 submitted the artwork featured in this report from these schools, which reflects MCSAB’s vision of continued budding, growth, and the full flowering of potential across the school community.
